Jogging and all that Jazz

My target is to run everyday. The best time will be around sunrise, for I dont go to sleep before i have my breakfast. It will also help tire me out and make me fall asleep faster. I do not do anything constructive around that time anyways. I can also work out in the Gym after I’ve jogged to the ground and back.
I should also be watching what i eat.
I’ve not been brushing my teeth before going to sleep. that is another thing i need to change. I’ll put my clothes for washing today. It has been a long time since i listened to Frank sinatra. I should be doing around 70 pushups a day. 7 is all i can do in one go without really exerting my body. I plan to increase it by 1 everyday ( 2 is very much possible :) )
